These terms govern your use of the recipekit.my website and any courses provided by Larkwell Learning Sdn. Bhd. By booking a trial, enrolling or otherwise using our services, you agree to them.

Enrolment and lessons

Course places are confirmed once your booking is accepted. We aim to deliver lessons as scheduled, but occasionally teachers or times may change. Where that happens, we will offer a suitable alternative or reschedule affected lessons.

Free trial lesson

The free trial is offered once per learner and carries no obligation to enrol. It exists so you can experience our teaching before committing.

Payment

Fees for paid courses are due as set out at the time of enrolment. Access to lessons and materials depends on fees being up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and lessons lawfully and respectfully. Course materials and recordings are for your personal learning only and may not be copied, shared or resold.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, lesson materials and branding — belongs to Larkwell Learning Sdn. Bhd. unless stated otherwise, and may not be reused without permission.

Liability

We deliver our courses with care and skill, but we do not guarantee specific exam results, which also depend on your own effort. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
