Because our courses are educational services rather than physical goods, this policy explains how refunds work at Larkwell Learning Sdn. Bhd. We keep it fair and straightforward.
Free trial first
Every learner is encouraged to take a free trial lesson before paying. This is the best way to be sure a course is right for you and avoids most refund situations altogether.
Cooling-off period
If you change your mind within 7 days of enrolling and have not yet attended a paid lesson, you may request a full refund of your course fee.
After lessons begin
Once your course has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused, unattended lessons, less a small administrative fee. Lessons already delivered are non-refundable.
Lessons we cancel
If we cancel a lesson and cannot offer a suitable reschedule, that lesson is fully refunded or credited to your account — your choice.
Non-refundable items
- Lessons already attended.
- Missed lessons where no advance notice was given.
- Optional materials once accessed or downloaded.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name and enrolment details. We aim to review every request within 5 working days and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 14 working days.
